Women’s Welfare cell, Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Ayurveda and Hospital, Udupi celebrated women’s day on 8th March, 2023 at 3.30 to 4.30 PM by organizing a demonstration of ‘Yoga: Relaxing Body and Mind for woman’ for all the female staff members of college and female physicians of Hospital. Dr. Archana, PG Member, Women’s Welfare Cell introduced the speaker, Dr. Arpana Radhesh, Yoga Physician, SDMAH, Udupi and Dr. Aparna, Chairman, Women’s Welfare Cell welcomed the Speaker. Around 30 female staffs performed various relaxing postures and took benefit of the program. Dr. Sucheta Kumari, Dean, PG studies handed over the token of Appreciation to the speaker. A group photo was taken at end of the session and light refreshment was arranged.
