The Ni-Kshaya Campaign 2025 seminar, aimed at tuberculosis (TB) awareness and management, was successfully organized at SDM College of Ayurveda, Hospital & Research Centre, Udupi, by the Dept. of Postgraduate Studies in Swasthavritta and Yoga in association with Government Ayurveda Research Centre, Mysuru.

The seminar was inaugurated by Guest of Honor  Dr. Lakshminarayana Shenoy (Assistant Director, Government Ayurveda Research Centre, Mysuru), Chief guest  Dr. Jose Jom Thomas (WHO consultant ), and another chief guest Dr. Chidanand Sanju (T.B officer , Udupi district ), along with Dr. Sadanand Paragonde, Dr. Mamatha KV (principal ), and Dr. Vijay B Negalur (Chief Organizing Secretary of the Ni-Kshaya Campaign). Dr. Vijay B Negalur delivered the welcome address. In the presidential address Dr.Mamatha KV  conveyed the involvement of Ayurvedic  treatment modalities and research In eradication of T.B. A video message from Dr. D Veerendra Heggade highlighted the importance of TB eradication. The event began with lamp lighting and an invocation by PG scholars. vote of thanks was rendered by Dr.srinidhi Dhanya B.S. The seminar featured insightful sessions by Dr. Chidanand Sanju, Dr. Jose Jom Thomas, Dr. Vrinda Mariya, Dr. Nagaraj S, and Dr. B Gurubasavaraj (Former CMO JSS A M College Mysuru) covering topics ranging from WHO guidelines on TB management to Ayurvedic approaches for Rajayakshma. The sessions saw active participation from over 300 delegates across India. The seminar concluded with a valedictory function. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr.sowmya Bhat.
