NSS Unit of S D M College of Ayurveda, Kuthpady, Udupi has organized “Run For Unity” on 31/10/2022 on account of National Day of Unity. Dean Academics, Dr. Veerakumara K has given initiation to the run by waving the green flag from the college campus. The volunteers reached Gudde Angadi, Image Empire Apartment and gathered for further proceedings. Dr. Yogeesha Acharya, Associate Professor, Dept of Swasthavrutta addressed the gathering about the topic ‘Unity – The need of the Day’. Dr. Veerakumara K has given the pledge of unity to the volunteers. Later, a song on the integrity was sung by the students. NSS Program Officer, Dr. Vidyalakshmi K, Dr. Shrinidhi Dhanya, Dr. Arhanthkumar A, Dr. Arun Kumar, Dr. Mahalakshmi M S, Udyavara Grama Panchayat member Mr. Yogish S Kotian and other public were present on the occasion. Dr. Mohammed Faisal, Associate Professor, Dept of Dravyaguna sponsored the sweets to the participants on behalf of Image Empire Apartment. Mr. Sathyavikas Jain and Miss. Khushi mastered the ceremony; Mr. Madhusudan Reddy lead the Run.
