The Department of PG Studies in Manovijnana Evum Manasaroga in association with ‘Manojna’ Student Counselling cell, SDM College of Ayurveda, Hospital and Research Centre Udupi, conducted a Guest Lecture on ‘Drug Awareness and Cyber Crime’, on 17.07.2025. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Udupi District, Shri Prabhu D.T., and Shri Mahesh Prasad, Sub Inspector of Manipal, were the resource persons. In their lecture, they stressed that awareness of drug abuse and cybercrime has become the need of the hour, and that youth bear a great responsibility in safeguarding the nation in this regard. More than 500 students including undergraduates, postgraduates, Interns attended the programme.
