Short term course for Mainz University Students – Germany

                 A Short-Term Course in Ayurveda is organized at SDM College of Ayurveda, Hospital and Research Centre, Kuthpady, Udupi as a part of International Program with Mainz University, Germany, by International Student Cell and Internal Quality Assurance Cell between 10/3/25 to 29/3/25. The program was inaugurated on 10/3/25 at 10am by lighting the lamp.

             Dr, Mamatha K.V., Principal, SDCAH&R, Udupi welcomed the students from Mainz University and wished all the success in getting the maximum exposure in field of Ayurveda in the shortest possible time. She highlighted the importance of Ayurveda in treating the sports injuries and inspired the students to gain maximum benefits of the course from the expert teachers of SDMCAH &RC, Udupi. Dr.Nagaraj S, Medical Superintendent, SDCAH&R, Udupi, motivated the students to make the best possible efforts to gain knowledge about theoretical and practical aspects of Ayurveda and implement them in future life and practice. Dr. Aniruddha, Associate. Dean, International Student Cell briefed about the short-term course. He explained about theory and practical class division and scheduling of the classes. Nine international students’ self-introduced themselves and expressed their expectations from the course.

Dr.Prasanna N. Mogasale, Dean International Cell, welcomed the gathering with his motivational address. Dr.Sahana Shankari, Co-ordinator of the program, gave the vote of thanks. Dr.Sowmya Bhat, Assistant Professor, Department of Swasthavrutta  emceed the program. Dr.Sharanya and Dr.Geetanjali, First PG scholars, did the invocation by Lord Manjunatha Swami prayer. Pratyusha and Sneha, Internees, Co-ordinated the event.
