73^rd Republic Day was celebrated in Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Ayurveda college. The alumni of the college, Dr krishna M Gokhale was Chief guest and honoured the flag hoisting ceremony. He spoke on the occasion, regarding adopting the Ayurveda principles in professional career. The program was presided by Principal, Dr Mamatha K V, and she spoke regarding the dedicated service to the country.

The program was graced by medical superintendent Dr Nagaraj S, PG and PhD dean, Dr Niranjan Rao, Student Welfare Officer, Dr Veerakumara K, NSS officer, Dr Vidhyalaxmi K, College manager Shri C Shrinivas Hegde, Hospital Manager Shri Nagesh C H, teaching and non teaching staff, and Students. Physical education teacher Shri Adharsh presided Flag hoisting ceremony. Welcome address was done by NSS officer Dr Vidhyalaxmi K, vote of thanks was delivered by Shri Suhas B G, and program was hosted by Kumari Haripriya. The national anthem was sung by the audience and sweets were distributed on the occasion.
